What to Expect
Once your appointment is booked:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all of the scheduled details
Intake forms will be sent to you securely
You’ll get reminders before your session
You’ll receive a private link to join the virtual 1:1 session.
Reschedule/ Cancel
You can manage your appointments through your confirmation email or client portal. Please note a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling is required
Insurance/Payment
We’ll provide clear information about fees, insurance, and payment options before your first session so there are no surprises.
